Thank you for shopping with The Light Christian Apparel! We’re committed to delivering your custom T-shirts as quickly and reliably as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver orders fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner.
1. Order Processing

Processing time: 2–5 business days
Each order is made-to-order and begins production once it is placed. -
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (local time) or on weekends/holidays begin production the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is sent to production, and another email with tracking details when it ships.
2. Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the print provider used by our print-on-demand partner. Average transit times are:

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the product, shipping destination, and selected fulfillment partner.
Some orders may qualify for free shipping promotions—these will be clearly displayed at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and link. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
5. Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please ensure all shipping information is correct before checkout.
We cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered production.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional reshipment fees.
6. International Shipping, Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, we cannot predict or reimburse these costs.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe:

Contact us within 5 days of the estimated delivery date.

We’ll work with our print-on-demand partner and the print provider to investigate and provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
8. Returns Related to Shipping
Because all items are custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for shipping delays or buyer’s remorse. However, defective, damaged, or incorrect items are eligible for replacement or refund—please contact us with photo evidence at info@thelightchristianapparel.com
